Before you write

  • We cannot review or re-score specific texts — the tools run in your browser, so we never receive what you check.
  • We cannot confirm whether a particular person used AI.
  • For questions about privacy, see our Privacy Policy.

Reporting a bug

A good bug report helps us fix problems quickly. Please include the page address, the tool you were using, your browser and device, what you expected to happen and what happened instead. If a result looks wrong, describe the kind of text you checked (for example, a 300-word essay or a short product review) rather than sending private or personal content.

Feedback on detection results

The detector is a pattern-based estimate, and we know it will sometimes be wrong. If you find a type of writing that is regularly misread — such as technical documentation, poetry or text by non-native English speakers — tell us about the pattern. That kind of feedback helps us improve the rules and the limitations we show with each result. See How It Works for the signals the detector uses.

Corrections to our guides

Our blog articles are reviewed periodically, and every guide shows its last-updated date. If you spot an outdated policy, a broken link or a factual error, send us the article title and the passage in question, ideally with a source. We correct confirmed errors and update the date on the article.

Partnerships and press

We are happy to hear from schools, educators, publishers and journalists who want to discuss AI detection, responsible AI use in writing or our free tools. Please mention your organization and the topic in your email so we can route it to the right person.
